We are looking for an office assistant who is a self-starting, organized and energetic individual. The office assistant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task and always be willing to help others.

Duties may include:

  • Invoicing
  • Balancing payments and preparing receipts
  • Managing membership forms
  • Organizing show registrations
  • Answering emails, mail and phone calls
  • Assisting with marketing activities
  • Managing consignment store
  • Creating monthly newsletter

The office assistant will be needed 10-15 hours per week and the salary will start at $15 per hour.

Skills must include Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be fluent in Social Media, such as Facebook and Instagram. This position will involve flexible hours and possibly some work from home tasks.
