All riders and parents are invited to join us for our first session of RiderFit, personal training and nutrition geared to those with equestrian interests.
The session will be on March 24 from 1130am to 1pm and will consist of a High Intensity Interval Training class featuring 12-15 exercises specifically geared to riders that participants will perform in a circuit format, working for one minute and resting for thirty seconds. While fun, come prepared to sweat a bit in your shirt, shorts or sweats and sneakers. A towel and water is always a good plan.
Afterwards, for those interested, we’ll open up the climbing wall to try!
