Friday After School

4:00Bath, trim, clean tack, hay nets- pack trailer
5:301st load of horses to Sussex
6:302nd trip of horses to Sussex
Schedule:
Meet at HRC Friday after school- 4pm
9:00 pmFinish in Sussex

Saturday Schedule

Everyone on this list needs to be in Sussex at 7am to feed, and clean their horses stall and walk the horse

Dressage starts at 8am

Anyone competing will need to be earlier for braiding- depends on ride times (that are not out yet)

Show jumping starts 12:00

Those riders will have to braid as well

All our riders are responsible for their horses- From Friday until we get them home Saturday night

Going to be a long one!!!

Regional Dressage Ride Times

Dressage Tests

  • Walk/Trot A and B
  • Training Level
    T2 and T3
  • First level
    Test 1 and Test 2

You must memorize them- no callers.

Show Jumping

Courses will be posted on the day.
Expect 3 classes per division.
One flat, one medal class and one hunter round.

Dress:

Dressage riders to be in full dress.
Walk/ trot level needs beige pants – not white.
Training and First – white.
with blazer, pins, armbands, and bring passports , hairnets.

Show jumpers are beige pants with blazer, pins, armbands, and bring passports , hairnets.

Parents

Please come and be part of this as much as you can.

Bring your cameras and take lots of video for them!

Make sure they get some sleep, and food and lots of water.

They will need money for food- likely the canteen is not open, so lots of Tim’s runs and Subway!

  • Clinic riders need to be neat and clean- hairnets, clean breeches of any color, tucked in polo shirt- with collar- gloves and clean tack

Parents

Please come and be part of this as much as you can. This is a huge weekend for our riders and they need your support. Bring your cameras and take lots of video for them!

Saturday AM – Regional Dressage Championships

Some of our riders have qualified to participate in this show.

  • It will have Walk/Trot levels, Training (walk / trot / canter) level and First level (tests 1 and 2) dressage.
  • We will be able to take all the school horses to Sussex for them to compete and use.
  • If you are a PC member, and have your 2 Qualifying scores, you can sign up for this.
  • The cost to compete is $275.00 This includes Entry fees, Stall fees, shavings, ring numbers, trailering, admin fees etc…
  • Training level and First level winners will move on to compete at 2020 National Dressage Championships. Starter division does not move on to Nationals.
  • We will need as many grooms and helpers as we can.

The cost for this event is $275.00 per rider and Free for grooms.

Saturday PM – Regional Show jumping Championships

  • Xrail – 2 foot- 2.3- 2.6-2.9 and 3 foot PC National Qualifer rounds.
  • If you are interested, this is an Open show. You do NOT have to be a PC member to ride in this show!
  • Only the one 3 Foot Champion moves on to National Show jumping for 2020.
  • the cost to compete is $275.00 which includes all your fees. Division fees, stall fees, ring numbers, trailering, admin etc.
  • you are allowed to ride in 2 consecutive divisions only.

Again, we would love grooms and anyone that wants to come watch!
